I am really enjoying the workouts! Did I really say that?! After day 3 I feel sore in my lats. I can feel that they’re being worked! After years of weight lifting I never felt like they got a workout, no matter how much I changed things up.

I love the 12 Minute Revolution program! It was after completing the fourth workout that I knew I could do this program and stick to it. The feature I like most is that every exercise can be done at multiple fitness levels making it a truly individualized program. Each day has varied exercises so I am not bored by the same routine and best of all the session is short. Even after working all day I can fit it in the workout before dinner. I don’t have to deal with an overcrowded gym. I try to do the workout before lunch or dinner because it makes me eat healthier at my next meal. Some how the food just seems to taste better too.

I cannot express enough how I appreciate the variety of the exercises within these workouts. My body feels so good after the exercising is “over”! The off the shelf on the shelf lunges gave me a good stretch and the superman banana was my favorite on this workout.”

I love the workouts because they are different each day and they also work muscles I forgot I had. Yes, my wife and I both see a difference in how I look. I have not found it hard to find the time at all.
