    I just gotta tell you that today I noticed that my stomach was flat. FLAT. How amazing is that? I watch for balance in my diet, have healthy snacks especially ones with protein, walk every day, limit fats, keep track of portions, and try to keep positive. It really is about a lifestyle change.

    I don’t weigh myself and I don’t measure. I don’t want to be too obsessed with it, and I don’t have the tools at home. But today, when I put on that one pair of black pants, I had my result. People I know and work with have noticed the change in me. I really do have more energy without carrying a belly around. I know that there is more work for me to do, but it becomes easier every day to make good choices.

    I believe reading your material turned on a switch in my head. I prepare for my week by shopping better, portioning snacks, so I don’t have to think about it in the morning when I am getting myself and my family ready for the day. Having leftovers of healthy dinners that become healthy lunches for work. I don’t dread those huge portions at restaurants, I just halve them, save some for tomorrow. Instead of thinking about what I have to avoid eating I instead think of what I can eat, and boy, there’s a lot of good stuff out there. And my family is getting healthier too… even my dog is looking fit and trim!

    I feel like I am rambling. I just wanted to say thanks. This plan really really REALLY works. I felt like I needed to find my way back to healthy, and come up with something that I could sustain.

    Thanks for doing what you’re doing. I wish everyone would take notice, because I can’t think of anyone who couldn’t benefit from your plan. It was worth every penny.

    “Well, today’s a good day for me to give you feedback on how things are going for me: it’s my 54th birthday and I’m more aware than ever before that my body is something to make a priority and to safeguard against many of the preventable aging issues.

    I can tell you that after about 10 days of the Carb Rotation Diet program, I have lost nearly five pounds, feel better and look forward to losing more weight.

I don’t feel like I’ve gone into Diet Brain mode where I’m on this plan until I’m off this plan. With the Five Week Fat Loss program, it’s not a deprivation issue, it’s a planning and focus issue. I can do this! I’m not hungry, there is plenty of healthy, fresh food coming in a few hours, no matter what, and I’m really liking the fact that the pounds are coming off, even with my middle-age, slowing down metabolism. After years of yo yo dieting and feeling that inevitable sense of failure each time I hit that plateau or re-gain some weight, I have the tools I need to move forward for the long haul and I have the confidence in myself to stay the course.

    The ongoing support, Jayson, has been incredible and joining the monthly meal plan option is such a great thing for me because I enjoy trying new recipes and it eliminates the boredom factor.     I hit the 100 pounds loss mark this morning, weighing in at 235. That’s 100 pounds lost since I started with you on September 28th, 2008. WOW – that’s all I hear, people that haven’t seen me in a while are just amazed and even those I see here and there can’t believe it.”

    Next doctor check-in Feb. 27th. goal is to be 225 or less, I plan on leaving the remainder of my diabetes medicines with my doctor during this checkup.
