As a Single Mom with two kids and 2 jobs, just to make ends meet it was truly a challenge to figure out a way to efficiently add an additional room, bathroom and laundry room to my home.
I knew that I could not afford to hire a professional to come in and do the work, but I needed professional results, insight and instruction. Since this is a rental property that I don’t own so the job had to be good or I would fit the bill for any damage and repair to make it look good.
Your video saved me at least $2200. My cost was $463.00 for the tools, grout, and discount tile that I found at a local hardware store.
The project took us 6 hours to complete from start to finish and was a fun and easy learning experience for me & the kids. Now my kids can enjoy a new bathroom with tile floors and shower & my once uneven, cracked and chipped cement laundry room floor is now being compared to my neighbors professionally laid floor.
Here’s a quote from my neighbor he said “I should have paid you and your kids to lay my tile. You did the same quality of work in less time! Great job”!
I will definitely share these video with my friends and family. They are awesome!!

I ordered Randy Davis’s videos from the Internet. I was a little skeptical at first because it seemed it wasn’t going to be what I needed. But, I ended up watching the videos.
One of my problem areas was what to do around the toilet in the bathroom. After watching the video I figured it out in a heartbeat. He did a real good job explaining it. I was just calling him to let him know I appreciate it and thanks again.

Your videos were extremely helpful. I had looked in many books and websites, but I still felt like there were gaps in the instruction.
I watched all of your videos and took what I learned to lay 180 square feet of porcelain tile myself!
The store I purchased materials from charged $5.50 per sq. foot for labor.
Your videos saved me $990.00 right off the top!
The tile came out great and I feel much more confident in my skills for future jobs.
