I applied a lot of things that you talked about in your book and our marriage has changed drastically. Now our marriage is better than ever and I am still using some of the techniques I learned to keep it that way. 10 months later my wife tells me all the time how happy she is and how wonderful her life is with our family and that she is still amazed that I was able to turn things around, and she does give me credit for doing it on my own.
